How long will it take to receive my order?
+Since each product is custom-printed on demand, orders take 2–5 business days to produce. After production, shipping time is approximately:
- US: 2–7 business days
- EU/UK: 4–9 days
- Australia/New Zealand: 7–14 days
All shipments include tracking, and EU orders typically avoid customs or duties thanks to local printers.
Can I track my order?
+Yes! Every order ships with a tracking number. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also use our Track your order page with your Order ID and billing email to check status anytime.
What is your return and exchange policy?
+If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photo proof. We will reprint or refund you immediately.
Important: Due to custom printing, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
+Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will confirm within 24–48 hours and either:
- Reprint your item for free
- Issue a full refund
No need to return the item - we'll handle everything for you.
Can I cancel or exchange my order for a different size or design?
+No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed because each item is printed on demand. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

How do I choose the right size?
+Use the size chart on each product page. Measure a similar garment you own and compare to the chart measurements.
Note: Small tolerances (about 1 inch) are normal due to production variations.
